The Bail Bonding tab at the top of the screen is where you begin the process of entering bonds, receiving inventory and issuing powers (bonds) out to the agency or agencies. Notice the block title, "Transactions." On this screen you receive powers from your surety, or if you are a professional bondsman, you will enter your own numbering system to track the information. You can also void powers (bonds), enter premium and collateral receipts and inquire about outstanding powers on any defendant. When you are ready to print and mail out Court Notification Letters to both the defendant and Indemnitors, this screen is where you accomplish that task.
